Lulu's Fashion Flair reserves the right to decline a returned item if we believe the item is not in its original condition. In this case, the item will be returned to the customer.
- Postage and shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Processing will take seven working days from when we receive the returned item. You will receive confirmation of the refund/exchange via email.

Lulu's offers fixed rate shipping of $10.60 for all orders.
Once cleared payment is received your item will be posted within 1 working day (we do not post on weekends or public holidays).
We select delivery partners who are committed to delivering better environmental outcomes through reducing and compensating for emissions.
We use Australia Post or Sendle carbon neutral shipping with tracking. We can organise Express or Registered Post if required at extra cost. Please advise us prior to checkout if you require these options.
Great news for our international customers! We now offer fixed price international shipping of $25.00 AUD.
All international orders are charged in Australian Dollars only.
