Returns Policy
We want to provide you with items that you love, but if you are not happy with what you have purchased, you may return it in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and tags still attached) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. In the event that you would like to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please note:
Lulu's Fashion Flair reserves the right to decline a returned item if we believe the item is not in its original condition. In this case, the item will be returned to the customer.
- Postage and shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Processing will take seven working days from when we receive the returned item. You will receive confirmation of the refund/exchange via email.
- No refunds on sale items, exchange only.
- No refund or exchange on undergarments, swimwear or earrings (unless item is faulty)

Shipping
Within Australia
Lulu's offers fixed rate shipping of $10.60 for all orders.
Once cleared payment is received your item will be posted within 1 working day (we do not post on weekends or public holidays).
We select delivery partners who are committed to delivering better environmental outcomes through reducing and compensating for emissions.
We use Australia Post or Sendle carbon neutral shipping with tracking. We can organise Express or Registered Post if required at extra cost. Please advise us prior to checkout if you require these options.
International
Great news for our international customers! We now offer fixed price international shipping of $25.00 AUD.
All international orders are charged in Australian Dollars only.
Shipping will generally take 7 - 15 business days to arrive.
Please keep in mind customs delays can significantly alter estimated arrival dates. Lulu's has no control over the customs and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, customs duty or packages delayed by the postal service or customs department.
